We hope you are 100% satisfied with your order. Should you wish to return a product that you ordered directly from shopticasport.com, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it.

RETURN POLICY:

• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and unaltered, including tags. We cannot accept items that show any signs of marks or use. Any items that appear to have been worn or altered in any way will be refused and returned to you.

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items or gift cards.

Should we identify unreasonable patterns of returns or purchases, or use of garments for personal or professional gains, we may restrict or refuse future orders.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ticasport.com with your full name and order ID.

Upon approval of your return request, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Additionally, if your original order qualified for free shipping, the cost of this shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY:

The refund payment will be processed upon our receipt of the product, provided it is sent within the 30-day return window. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Overnight shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternative item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for the original item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
